By using the InstaVisa website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. We are an independent visa assistance service and are not affiliated with the Government of Turkey or any embassy.

2. Nature of Service

Our service consists of assisting you with the application process for a Turkey E-Visa. We facilitate the process through verification, AI extraction, and local payment processing. The final decision to approve or reject a visa lies entirely with the Government of Turkey, and we cannot guarantee approval.

3. Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and correct information exactly as it appears on your passport. We are not liable for any visa rejection or delay resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Fees and Refunds

The fees you pay include both the government visa fee and the InstaVisa service fee. Due to the instantaneous nature of the visa process, all fees are strictly non-refundable once the application has been successfully submitted to the government, regardless of the outcome (approval or rejection).

5. Limitation of Liability

InstaVisa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to travel plans disrupted by visa delays or rejections.
